Our Story

More than a bike club

Good Co. Bike Club began in Brooklyn, NY when founder Drew Bennett wanted to take a local ride with his friends to instill a sense of normalcy during the trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning with only 17 people on the first ride, the club was officially established in June 2020 during the height of social justice unrest in America.

Today, Good Co. Bike Club has fostered a community of members within an atmosphere using the joy of cycling as a catalyst to bridge the Black inner-city community. We aim to be a platform that promotes safety, inclusivity, and positivity for all riders while also creating physical and digital connections with the local community. Through policy and brand partnership alliances, GCBC puts the community first and strives to be a pillar to changing the narrative of cycling.

This ethos drives everything we do, from our events and experiences to our city programming and initiatives.

Like we’ve said — We Good.
