Good Co. Green Book
Some of the best parts of a ride happen when we stop. The coffee before we roll out. The meal that turns into a whole afternoon. The neighborhood shop that gives us a reason to take a different route home.
The Good Co. Green Book connects our community with Black-owned businesses across New York City’s five boroughs. Discover places to refuel, shop, connect and keep your wheels turning—because where we spend matters, too.
Five boroughs. More reasons to ride.
Friends of Good Co.
Partners, hosts and institutions that make room for riders. Not a directory listing—these are the folks we roll with.
Brooklyn Museum
Our meet-up steps. Wide plaza, easy to gather a group, and a full afternoon inside if you make a day of it.
Recycle-A-Bicycle
Getting young New Yorkers on bikes through hands-on shop education and refurbished rides. Now part of Bike New York.
Bike New York
Free classes for new and returning riders, and the organization behind the Five Boro Bike Tour. Good place to send a friend who wants to start.
Brownsville Recreation Center
A neighborhood institution and a good place to gather. Room for a group, and programs that keep the community moving year-round.
A note about your bike
Check the bike note on each listing before heading out:
- Bike service stop
- Bring your bike for repairs or service. Storage during other activities isn’t confirmed.
- Parking reported
- Public listings mention bike parking, but Good Co. hasn’t checked the setup.
- Parking unconfirmed
- Contact the business before planning a visit with your bike.
Inclusion does not guarantee secure parking, indoor bike access or space for a group. Bring your lock, check current hours and call ahead when riding with the crew.
Help us grow the Green Book
Know a Black-owned business our community should discover? Tell us what makes it special—and what riders should know about bringing their bikes.
Own a business? We’d love to hear about your bike parking, indoor bike policy, water refills, repair support or space for a group.
Spotted a change? Help us keep addresses, business details and parking information useful for the next rider.
